AI Ushers in"New Infrastructure" for Hospital Smart Services

Before diagnosis, iFLYHEALTH provides comprehensive auxiliary medical decision-making capabilities. Following a diagnosis, iFLYHEALTH employs artificial intelligence technology to develop a post-diagnosis patient management platform that automatically generates a patient’s status and a personalized rehabilitation plan based on their electronic medical records. These plans encompass pharmaceutical services, critical value monitoring, health education, exercise guidance, dietary recommendations, rehabilitation assessments, and more. Over 90% of patient issues can be addressed by the artificial intelligence system, with the remaining 10% requiring the expertise of medical teams. This approach ensures effective rehabilitation management while maintaining controlled costs. In one region, patient satisfaction rose to 98%, while the actual patient return rate increased from 16% to 49% after the system came online.
Additionally, mobile AI assistants assist in diagnosing and treating complex diseases through smart collaboration. These assistants collect patient diagnoses and treatment data and leverage the medical to deliver high-quality healthcare services and make high-quality medical resources more accessible to patients.
Presently, iFLYHEALTH operates in over 300 hospitals across China, including seven of the top 10 in Fudan’s China Hospital Ranking.
