Empowers Industry's First AI+ Auto Design Assistant

Design is a fusion of intelligent thinking and standardized construction. Construction drawing design serves as the central hub for data exchange in the building industry. The newly launched AI+ Auto Design product harnesses the power of large model algorithms and data fusion process reengineering to cover all disciplines and multiple scenarios, ultimately integrating over 360 automatic design functions. This empowers the product to automatically generate 3D models and 2D drawings with a single click.

AI+ Auto Design seamlessly integrates 3D design as the primary interface, enabling the synchronized expansion of construction drawings across all disciplines. Encompassing over 80 design scenarios in five professional fields – architecture, structure, plumbing and drainage, HAVC, electrical and general – AI+ Auto Design revolutionizes the traditional 2D CAD production environment, enabling a fully integrated 2D/3D design workflow. The full-process 3D design interface facilitates one-click generation and precise adjustments of complex and labor-intensive construction drawings that demand close inter-disciplinary collaboration. Large models empower enterprises internal standardization initiatives. On June 27, iFLYTEK officially released the SPARK Large Model V4.0, marking a significant leap in text generation, language understanding and overall capabilities. Leveraging the versatility of the SPARK Large Model and trained on a massive dataset of design data, AI+ Auto Design now integrates the latest version of the construction drawing design large model. This enhancement not only empowers designers to overcome limitations imposed by project experience and professional background, enabling them to quickly grasp a comprehensive understanding of various design specifications, but also facilitates the seamless completion of standardized design tasks through natural language interaction.

 

According to Tian Fuhai, the traditional manual design of a typical 50,000-square-meter underground parking lot can take 5-10 days. However, with the AI+ Auto Design product’s assistance, the design of an underground parking lot on the same scale can be completed in just 6 hours, representing an efficiency improvement of 85-93%. In terms of design quality, the traditional single-vehicle parking space index is 35.0 square meters per parking space, while the AI+ Auto Design can achieve a design result of 31.7 square meters per parking space, a reduction of nearly 10%.
